Hi I am Silvia. I am an Army veteran, proud mother of three girls, and passionate about health and fitness. Along with my husband, who is also my business partner, we run West Florida Trimlight, and are now expanding our entrepreneurial journey by opening an IMX Pilates Studio in Apollo Beach. My passion lies in helping others and fostering a sense of community.
